Jetted cardboard from the streets, copper pigments, ready mades, atlas maps
During my artist in residence in Berlin, spring 2020, I encountered copper pigment in the studio; works of cardboard emerged. Once returned to my Dutch studio, the series developed to fifteen works.
They are like the seven stars, nymphs from Greek mythology. The universe is expanding; the attraction between them is diminishing. The cluster of stars will drift apart.
