Permanent outdoor sculpture commissioned by the UWV and the municipality of Amersfoort for the new building.
Desire consists of two parts; an egg form, on the 15-meter-high facade wall, and a crown form at the base of the building. The sunshine yellow egg balances on the edge of the wall. Will it fall? Or will it be caught by the crown.

"By placing the egg on the edge of the wall, I wanted to capture the vulnerability and fragility of desire and hope. Dreams are cherished, pursued, but can also prove impossible or burst. A delicate balance."
